Custom Content Add-on
The Custom Content Add-on is a premium feature that allows organizations to personalize their French learning experience by incorporating their own training materials and customizing the AI tutor's behavior. This is ideal for companies that want employees to learn industry-specific vocabulary and scenarios relevant to their work.

Features
Custom Training Materials
Upload your organization's documents to train the AI tutor on your specific content. Supported formats include PowerPoint (.pptx) and PDF files.

- Role-play scenarios based on real situations
The AI will reference your uploaded materials during conversations, helping learners practice with content directly relevant to their job.
Custom Questions Activity
A dedicated activity type that uses your uploaded materials:
- Select "Custom Questions" from the activity list
- The AI asks questions based on your organization's documents
- Learners practice vocabulary and concepts from your training materials
- Great for onboarding or product knowledge reinforcement
Custom AI Voice (Optional)
Customize the AI tutor's voice and personality to match your brand. You can adjust speaking style and personality, and users can toggle between the custom AI and the default Madame AI in Settings.
How It Works
For Learners
- Start a conversation - Select an activity or choose "Custom Questions"
- Practice naturally - The AI will incorporate your organization's content into conversations
- Toggle custom mode - In Settings, use the "Use Custom Agent" toggle to switch between custom and default AI
For Administrators
Your organization's custom content is configured by the platform team. Once set up:
- Documents are securely stored and indexed
- Content is only accessible to users in your organization
- Updates to materials can be requested through your account manager

Use Custom Agent Toggle
Found in your Settings (gear icon):

This toggle only appears for users whose organization has the Custom Content Add-on enabled.
Privacy & Security
- Your documents are stored securely in a dedicated storage bucket
- Content is only accessible to authenticated users in your organization
- Documents are processed in Canadian data centers (Montreal region)
- No data is shared with other organizations
Getting Started
To enable the Custom Content Add-on for your organization:
- Contact your account manager
- Provide the training materials you want to upload
- Specify any voice/personality preferences (optional)
- We'll configure everything and notify you when ready
